Standard products lines & customization

Often the right system can be found within our standard product lines. Standard products lines mean, that each product family has set of masts with pre-set maximum deployment heights and other specifications, based on the most demanded system configurations from our clients. For example, our EXL-mast system has standard deployment height masts starting from 21-meters, all the way up to 50-meters. If one of these configurations meet your requirement, the standard solution is usually the most cost-effective and has faster delivery times than tailored designs.

 

Advanced composite structure of our mast systems allows the customisation and tailoring of system specifications. In addition to wide range of standard designs, systems with different top loads, transport lengths and other features are customized on request.

Antenna mast testing in Finland

Finland is an ideal environment for development and testing of tactical antenna masts. Mastsystem’s products can be operated in the most extreme environments, all the way from freezing arctic surroundings to alternative extremes in desert heat. Feedback from long-term key customers, such as Finnish Defence Forces is one of the key factors in our product development projects. Our internal testing field is another great way to examine the effects of different wind- and environmental conditions, with temperatures dropping all the way to -35°C
